I lived at Riverset for a year and if you have allergies or are allergic to mold, I suggest you find another residence. My water heater busted and leaked all over the carpets and it took forever for the office and maintenance to ever fix the problem. After the problem was fixed, the carpet still reaked of mold. If I ever needed to call the office, I spent more time on the voice mail service than actually talking to a person. The office staff just tells you what you want and does nothing to help remedy any concerns. I am not a griper, but when I had to spend more money on medical bills for not breathing as I did on rent, then I would suggest that if you are looking to live there to rent there at your own risk.
