This place is actually called Spottswood Square. 24/7 the neighbors are outside (even in winter) partying and then fighting. There are gun shots several times a month. Residents get drunk and leave trash everywhere. My female neighbor was attacked by two guys, tazered, and robbed right outside her own front door. The management evicted a couple of the worst tenants (probably for non-payment), but those tenants just moved in with others who still live here and the people who moved into the open apartments are just as bad. Kids run around outside unattended. There are roaches because most of the tenants live in filth. Management doesn't give a crap because they're trying to sell the place. One of the property managers unlocked my door and entered my apartment as I was inside asking her not to come in yet. We're moving as soon as the lease is up.
