First of all, the utilities are divided up between apartments equally, so my one bedroom apartment usually comes out to between 95-130 dollars! Also, they operate on a 6 month heating and 6 month cooling system. Even though it may be 85 degrees in march, they don't turn on the cool air until april... So, if you don't mind being either too hot or too cold 3-4 months out of the year rent here. Also, the assistant manager Jennifer Watts is a real psychopath and lies.
