The Estates looks like a great place to live IF you don't run into to the office staff. Any problems you may have, they may complicate it more. One in particular named Theresa is very unprofessional and have been quoted saying "I don't have to please people b/c these apts sell themselves" (b/c of the location on mud island) but I would disagree. She is particular is the rudest mgr almost everyone would agree to that and she should be fired if they knew what was good for themselves! I cannot wait to leave here once my lease is up. I feel like I am flushing a huge amount of money down the toilet every time I pay my rent. (oh and they have been known to lose a couple people i know of rent checks and say they "never got them"...AND make you pay a late fee when you in face turned the check in ON TIME!! WOW!!)
