Audubon Downs Apartments is located 5 miles outside of downtown Memphis, near the 277 on-ramp. Sports fans are a short walk away from the Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium, where the Memphis Tigers play football. The apartment complex is also in the midst of the Memphis City Parks and Grounds, with the Chickasaw Gardens, Peabody Park, and Tobey Skatepark close by. Residents attending the Christian Brothers University can walk to campus. Reviewers agreed that the locations is great and management is generally responsive. However, several reviews complained of unruly neighbors and loud train tracks.
