The property taken over by a new team and they are FANTASTIC!! I love it here. Maintenace is really good now and so friendly. They are always willing to help. The girls in the office are so sweet and friendly, and the grounds are beautiful! Ive never had such a big apartment before and we are close to the new Target which is so nice. Great place to live!!

Thanks Ms. Stephanie for working with me during my trials trying to stay there. I had to leave for financial reasons, nothing to do with the apartment. It was very nice. I really wished that I could've stayed there for awhile longer (1275-1 Essex). I would recommend this complex very highly.
If you desire a flat, rent a flat apartment upstairs. The building are old and you can hear the most intimate things from your upstairs tenants (yes, EVERYTHING!)...also, I've heard that you have less rodent and roach problems if you live upstairs. The large palmetto roaches travel in from the outside area, but the exterminator will promptly come around and spray for you. It can be controlled well if you're a neat housekeeper. We've had very few problems at Butterfield Apartments. I feel like they have taken care of our problems in a timely matter. I feel like this is a great place to live. <P>
