The Consultants are real cheaters and liars. First they gave me a address. And changed to a new one and that was a horrible, unclean one. And the Leasing Manager manager came and showed me a couple of good one. And 2 days I noticed spider in the bathroom and when reported it will take 1 week to resolve. Never call the maintenance people, they never pick up. The leasing manager don't remember what has been told and require a refresh.

might recomend....price is decent...maintenance is horrible, we usually have to fix things ourselves. recent break ins, heard gun shots this afternoon...some members of office staff are not very helpful. these apartments used to be very nice, but like most of memphis, are going downhill. i am not planning to renew my lease. <P>
air barely works, utility bill is insane!!!!!! but each unit includes a washer and dryer which is a plus.... <P>
