I have lived intwo different apartments here since 2002, and have been very satisfied with nearly every aspect of apartment living here. I have previously lived in three uther apartment communities, this is the best. I reccomend these apartments to people all the time. Make Kirby Station your next home, you'll be glad you did.

I've lived at Kirby Station for 2 1/2 years now and I couldn't be happier. The staff is very professional. I was made to feel like a welcome friend from day one. They are always polite and caring and they respond quickly and with concern to any maintenance issues.
The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. It is so peaceful here that it's hard to believe how convenient it is to most of Memphis. There are several good restaurants within walking distance as well as Border's Books and Kroger. Talk about saving gas!
I have recommended Kirby Station to several friends over the last couple years without hesitation. The other reviews on here seem to mostly be from people who wanted the rules bent for them and are just mad because they weren't. They forget that they signed a legal contract that can't just be ignored when it's convenient for them.
If you're looking for a great location on the border of Germantown and East Memphis, check out Kirby Station. You'll be glad you did!
