Perfect for Singles or Couples ( over a year ago )

Poplar Pines is the perfect place for singles or couples to rent. The aparments size is accomodating and the managament is friendly and responsive. I enjoyed living here. This is an adult complex for sure, my daughter was the only child in the complex, which is appropiate since it's a one-bedroom complex. <P>

The apartments are very nice , only 100 units, 850sq ft, full washer/dryer, ceiling fan, no microwave and all 1 bedrooms although there are some people living there with kids. ??? <P>
There have been a lot of car break ins and a few purse snatchings, but that's all over Memphis, Germantown, Bartlett and Collierville. <P>
Just never let your guard down or carry valuables in your purse/wallet/car. <P>
The apartments are well lit, but not very bright. (low pinkish bulbs) <P>
They also hired a security guard to walk the premises after midnight, but that's no help if crime is happening before then. <P>
Also, the courtesy officer's phone is never answered - it goes directly to voicemail. <P>
They need to post pictures of the apartment staff and security officers in the apartment flyer for security reasons for the seniors. <P>
The maintenance personnel need to leave tickets of work performed in each apartment, so tenants will know what's been done and if they need to come back and when. <P>
All in all it's as nice as any East Memphis community and my stay was pleasant, but I needed a 2 bedroom with a nice view. <P>
No place is perfect or free of crime. <P>
