University Crossing is located on Southern Avenue in Memphis. The premises is directly across from the University of Memphis, so these units are largely designed as student housing. Residents are not only within walking distances to class, but all the perks of being near campus. Close by, occupants will find a Wendy’s, Yum’s Chinese, KFC, and Oasis Hookah Lounge and Café. Also within walking distance are Davis Park and the Davis Community Center. Tenant reviews have not brought out any major complaints up to this point.
