Apartment Review for Whispering Oaks Condominiums

I have lived in a lot of apartments and this is the quietest place yet. Being condos means that you have homeowners
that live on property and usually makes a difference. I would recommend living here. There are alot young "professionals"
so you dont have the"party crowd" like you do in apartment living.
