Its a safe place to live however no good office management. They are fake and they dont fix stuff they do patch work. So it presents itself again as a problem. They are inconsistent and cant keep steady office managers. Overall it is Safe and thats the only plus. So if you like safe but lazy and inconsistent about fixing things then hey move at your own risk
