This place is owned by Vanderbilt Properties, which is notorious for having a higher than market rate rent, and for nickel and diming the tenants. The management was OK for the first year I lived there, but definitely has gone down. Also the place is very noisy since there is a bar next door that plays music until 1:30 a.m. on weeknights. There are panhandlers outside the front door at times, which made me feel unsafe. DON'T LIVE HERE. In general, I would suggest renting from a company other than Vanderbilt Properties. They will keep your security deposit when you move out, even if you kept the place in very nice shape. They basically will fleece you for everything you have. Worst management of any place I've ever lived in.
