Apartment Review for Biltmore Place

What they don't tell you when you sign the lease is that they have a billing service for the water. Charge you for 3 gallons of cold for every gallon of hot water used. 90 dollar water bill is not unheard of. The 3rd building had a fire our first week there and new charges started rolling in. The manager was impossible, and right after we left she was fired. When we signed our application we were given an appt number, but upon arriving from a different city, they had changed appts on us. New one had a big hole in the living room wall. Bathroom leaked, and we were charged for the water. This place was a nightmare.
