Apartment Review for Brandywine Apartments

Looks are deceiving...
Everyone is very nice to begin with but once you sign a lease they don't care about you. They will also tell you that rent is free and other perks but if you have to break your lease early they will charge you back for ALL OF IT and not tell you that when you sign the lease. They will steal your money when it's their error if you don't keep on top of them.

I was shown a different apartment than the one I was ultimately given and had to move AGAIN. The new apartment had urine stained carpet and despite their promises it was never replaced. Everyone complains about bugs. It looks safe enough but they actually have a lot of trouble with auto break ins. Beware, the smoke alarms don't work very well either (a burned down building will prove it).

Mostly, their attitude is inconsiderate, heartless, rude and bitchy after you've signed on the dotted line. Keep looking around, you can definitely do better. Never in my life have I gone on these sites to write reviews... this place is THAT bad.
