Apartment Reviews for Bransford House Apartments - Nashville

We've lived here for two years now and have only had a few problems. Almost all of these could have been avoided though if management had given us complete information about the rules of the complex. We were only told AFTER we got a pet that our type of pet wasn't allowed (even though in the pet contract, it only says "no animals over 40lbs") and were reprimanded for having a rubbermaid chest and a closed trash container on our porch even though they were neat and not causing any problems ("only patio furniture allowed"). Overall, the complex is in a good location and is a good deal financially...just make sure to ask about EVERYTHING or expect frequent reprimands on your door. <P>
