This apartment complex is perfect for you if you have no money or have really bad credit. They have no credit check. Be aware thought that it is a roach infested ghetto and the management does not take care of the place and are not professional. We put in a work order for the many things that were wrong and not one was ever fixed.

The townhouse is rather spacious. Plenty of space to have some friends or family over and not feel clustered. The only problems are the gas heat and maintenance. The gas heat is just bothersome because with Tennessee weather changing all the time if you turn the heat off the flame on the heater goes out and has to be lit again if you need to use the heat, which requires a call to maintenance or do it yourself. It is better to do it yourself because a call to maintenance usually takes a couple days for them to come fix anything. They do have a 24 hour pager for maintenance but you don't always get a response from them.
