Apartment Review for Grandview

This is a nice looking apartment complex I enjoyed my stay for the first two years, but it is becoming noisy than when I moved in. The outside is well maintained. There is a big problem in the maintainance of the concrete stairways. Old stain, chewing gum relics were never cleaned despite repeated appeal. Getting into you apartment can be discouraging but once you are inside it is good. <P>
