Apartment Review for Hillcrest Manor

The management at HillCrest makes it a bad choice for tenants. Not only do the maintenance people not turn up for repairs, the apartment manager (LADY) is specially rude to everybody. I suspect she is a racist. The refundable security deposit is almsot never returned to the tenants. They use excuses like mold, poor oven conditon to deduct from the deposit although at the time of moving in, their apartments are not nearly as clean as they should be. The maintenance people are more like thugs and not at all helpful. The condition of the apartments themselves are bad with creaky floors, insufficient parking place, dirty carpet and yellow kitchen and bathroom counters. DO NOT EVER THINK OF RENTING A PLACE AT HILLCREST MANOR. Living on the streets is better than living there. <P>
