Apartment Review for Lexington Apartments

This is by far the worst apartment I've ever lived in - including married student housing (aka graduate ghetto). You will pay premium rent for low quality living conditions. The management is unconcerned about noise complaints - there is a $1500 lease breakage fee, and apparently the manager on sight is 'really good friends' with the pitiful "courtesy officer." <P>
Between the stereos, the stomping, the broken beer bottles and cigarette butts on the stairs and walkways - lest we forget the unmonitored rumble of mufflers at 2am, the urine soaked carpet in the half bath (yes way), and limited parking filled with party guests' vehicles - this place is like ANIMAL HOUSE. <P>
