Apartment Reviews for Madison At Ridgelake - Nashville

I previously had a terrible experience at another apartment home and found this complex. I moved in last July and the only complaint I have is that the maintenance is a little slow. As long as you stay on top of your request and actually submit it in writing like the lease states they are pretty good at fulfilling it. While on my honeymoon the apartment next to ours caught fire forcing us to be moved while out of town. The staff was professional and very respectful during this very stressful time. I feel they handled a potentially dreadful situation very well! We were given an upgraded apartment at no extra cost or change in lease terms. I have experienced major flooding at another apartment home and was never given any of those options. Ridgelake staff always answers or returns my calls. Every time I go to the office I am greeted with a smile and I feel very welcome! I referred a former co-worker to the complex and she has also had a wonderful experience. I did receive the referral bonus and I must add in a very timely manner. I am a firm believer if you treat people kind you will get so much more in return. I appreciate everything this staff has done for my new husband and I. I highly recommend Madison at Ridgelake!!
