Apartment Reviews for Stewart's Ferry - Nashville

Been here since May 2005......very quiet, grounds well kept. Maintenance doing a superb job as far as I feel. Management is always polite, caring and responsive. Burleta is by far one of the most superior managers I have ever fealt with. I love the ducks here...gives one the touch of wilderness. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

I'm so relieved. I just moved here from a property close by. I'm so much happier here. I have had a few problems, but maintenance was very helpful and quick. The last property I moved from the people were so rude. I'm glad I made the change.

I would recommend it. Close to everything, yet kind of tucked away too. Nice residential area in the back of complex. It is close to the lake and even though the apartments are not that large, you can't beat the price.

i've lived at Stewarts Ferry for a year and I just renewed. I was shocked when my rent was staying at the same rate. I moved here from a complex near by because my rent was going up $35.00. The leasing people were very nice and helpful. My dog loves it here and so do I.

Fun place to live. Nice ponds. Nice management. I like it. I have to relocate to new city and I will miss it.

Stewarts Ferry is a great place to live. The apartments are great. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make you feel at home. I would recommend the community to anyone in the Nashville area!
