Review for Country Club Villas Apartments

This apartment has awesome location; near a walmart, nail salon, dry-cleaning, nursery, and an easy commute to WTAMU. Even the mall is just down the street!

The complex is owned by AIMCO, which is nice because you can check your lease, pay your rent, and/or enter a maintenance request all online. They also have a policy that all service requests must be taken care of within 24 hours and they make it a point to check in with you to see how it went. They'll also paint the walls for you (they have a multiplicity of color choices) w/one wall free and each additional wall for $50.

Each unit has an assigned covered parking place near their unit. The only downside on parking is that each unit only gets one parking spot, so if you have more than one car, you're stuck trying to find and uncovered space, which is hard to find.

The office staff is very friendly and they remembered me from the moment I signed the lease. The biggest plus for me is I have two dogs, and the staff/grounds are extremely pet-friendly. They furnish trash cans and plastic bags for waste disposal, and in the center of the complex is a huge park-like area frequented by families and dog-walkers alike.

The rent was VERY reasonable, and I'll rent from Country Club Villas if I ever move back to Amarillo!
