GOOD AND RESPONSIVE MANAGEMENT BUT VERY OLD AND OUTDATED BUILDINGS. OWNERS ARE TOO GREEDY AND CHEAP TO FIX. NOISE LEVEL IS TERRIBLE, YOU CAN HEAR EVERY STEP FROM ABOVE
