Recent Murder here. Many breakins over 3 years in the garage. They do have a night guard now but I doubt the effectiveness of one senior citizen. Walking security gates are constantly broken. Prices are not so great. Neighbor of mine said he was charged 500 dollars on moveout for carpet after living there for 3 years. Very convenient for UTSW students but live elsewhere because this place is not worth it.
