I have lived at my complex for 2 years, it started off beautiful, timely maintence response and low crime. Now that they put free rent for a year off the crack head section of park lane. It's not what it was, here lately we have people getting robbed at gun point, 2mo and maintence still not fixed correctly, cars being robbed in daylight, mailboxes being broken into, vending machines being broken into and of-course apartments being robbed.
