Review for Eagle's Nest Apartments

So, I have lived here for a couple of months and i have to say that i am utterly disappointed. Firstly, don't be fooled by pictures from the website. The building is not well maintained and lots of roofs are leaking. The day after a heavy rain you will always see people working on the roofs. This whole building looks like it's going to rot into pieces anytime soon. The management said that there hasn't been any problems with mold so far but that's because they can't really see it from the outside. If you noticed the wood frames it's already rotting all the way through. The laundry room is the most disgusting room ever. It's full of brown looking mud on the ground. I don't even bother doing laundry there! There's no one to maintain the cleanliness of the apartment complex. Hence, the stairwells are really dirty and gross with dirt hanging from the ceiling. Office staff seem nice but they are only there for show. Over all this place is horrible.
