Review for Sunrise Apartments

I have resently moved to the Sunrise apt. We have found our self in a very BAD situation! The managment seems nice however when it come to problems with other people they do NOT take action! They will make it sound like they are going to do something however they DO NOT! They have claimed to take care of a very bad situation but nothing has ever come of it! To dogs pissing on patios, garbage all over, BROKEN GLASS EVERY WHERE,they dont care! They dont take any action!! I understand that we choose to live here, (when they wouldnt let us in to see the apt before we signed we should of seen that as a red flag.)Just because they are cheaper apartments doesn t mean they should allow filth and discust. I have called the Heath inspector and they are looking into every thing If I had all day I would be writing a lot more regarding this place! I must also say that they are pretty short with you if you start to bring up all the issues that do arise with living here. Also I hope that you enjoy loud music during late hours of the nite if you choose to live here. Plus if you enjoy a dirty outside and crapy neighbors then this is a must see place for you! Also hope that you do not want to use the pool either! Because it is "out of order". Ohh yeah the weight room and playground... I would like to know where they are??? Plus one must enjoy a bad water heater that goes from cold to scolding hot at times! Always a nice feature. Also beware that when the heater is turned on then you can not use the A/C and vise versa. Please beware of moving to these apartments! They are not for you if you care about how you live! As soon as my lease is over we will be moving!!! As you can tell we hate this place and discourage anyone from moving here. We have already signed a lease on a new apartment and will be moving shortly. IF YOU VALUE YOUR WAY OF LIFE AND ENJOYING LIVING COMFORTLY AND IN A NICE PLACE THEN DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY REVIEW SCORE IS A NEGATIVE 5 STAR!!!!!!!!!!!!
