Review for Alexan Downs Apartments

My parents and my daughter live at Alexan Downs...I am less fortunate. This property is beautiful and is well-maintained, the units are beautiful and have all the luxurious touches..ie. crown molding, the Roman tubs, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and responsive to residents' needs and requests. It is hard to find a place where you feel comfortable regarding your families safety. I have no concerns about their welfare at this complex. As for the review I read that was negative, that mentioned the doggy poop service..... I see the woman all the time, and she is lovely and works very hard, even gives the dogs treats. I would live at this complex if I could afford to. The amenities are numerous but I think the major plus here is the staff. This is a very friendly complex and most of the neighbors are all thoughtful and considerate of one another. The staff even know me and I don't live there.
