Review for Windtree Apartment Homes Apartments

I have lived at Windtree Apartments for 8 months now and the maintenance is good and the staff are mostly friendly. The main complaint I have is the bugs i keep finding!!! SOOOO FRUSTRATING! They have sprayed 3-4 times since i moved in and the damn cockroaches and black beetles keep showing up. Make no mistake these are TEXAS-sized bugs and it makes me sick to my stomach everytime i find them. If you like living with bugs....Windtree is the place for you! Sylvia (one of the staff ladies) will tell you that living with cockroaches is a normal way of life for all humans and is perfectly acceptable.
Other notes...No covered parking, swimming pools are small (only 3-5ft deep), no gym, no hot tub, rent is too expensive for what you get, bathroom and kitchen are both very small, the cabinets in my apartment under the sinks both had water damage, they mow and weedwhack every Wednesday at 10am sharp, they don't keep the pools very clean, and the windows and patio door need updating. I'd move but it takes too much effort and money.
