Review for Bayshore Park Apartments

Do not let the outside of these apartments fool you! These are very old apartments that are not well maintained. Our apartment was downright filthy when we moved in. It was a complete pain to deal with the office manager to get the maintenance man to do ANYTHING! Then if he did "fix" something, it was never done correctly. There was absolutely no water pressure, so using the dishwasher was a joke. It would get up to 87, yes 87 degrees INSIDE during the summer. You will have $400 electric bills, so your "cheap" apartment suddenly becomes expensive. Oh, and to top everything off, they had their outside "security" lights hooked up to our breaker box, so we were actually paying for some of their electric. We left our apartment cleaner than when we moved in, and they still kept part of our deposit for ludicrous reasons. When we finally did get part of our deposit back, it was past the 30 days they have to return it. They are lucky that we didn't sue for 3 times the amount, like we could have done!
