Quiet, nice, could always find a close parking spot. The biggest problem I had was that my gate opener stopped working, went in to get a new battery, and the next day it didn't work again. Went back, asked if maybe something was wrong with the opener, and was told me they only had old batteries. Stupid, but that's the only complaint I had about living here.
