Downtown Austin is merely 4 miles away and is easily accessible with I-35 and countless bus stops nearby, along with the Austin and Downtown Amtrak stops. The Arts Apartments At Turtle Creek sit directly beside I-35 and 7 miles from the heart of downtown Austin. Golf enthusiasts can go to the Roy Kizer Golf Course for a quick round right across the street. Outdoorsy folks can take a stroll at the gorgeous Barton Creek Wilderness Park nearby or visit the Colorado River up the road. Occupants who enjoy playing golf can go for a round or two at the Balcones Country Club minutes down the road. Residents can get their grocery shopping done at HEB or Albertsons just across the street. Whitley is situated in downtown Austin on Brazos Street. The property is near a wide array of attractions and interesting destinations, including Austin Music Hall, Little Woodrow’s On West 6th, The Austin Convention Center, The Austin Children’s Museum, Royal Blue Grocery, Violet Crown Cinemas, Lambert’s Downtown BBQ, Patagonia and a whole lot more. Right up the road is the University of Texas at Austin, so students can easily get to class if they live at Whitley. For travel to other parts of the city, I-35 is nearby.
