Review for 1200 Enfield Apartments

Trying to get in touch with the Klein Group, the owners/managment for these apartments, is next to impossible. Good luck getting your security deposit back, too. These people made living in a great location an absolute hell. They called me twice a week for a month about 5 months before my lease was up to see if I was going to renew. The location and amount of space was the only thing that would have kept me there, but dealing with the Klein Group was more than I could stand. 4 months before my lease was up, I came home to find a lock-box on my door and people looking at my apartment. But, when it came time for me to find a new place to live, it took 2 1/2 weeks to get in touch with management to verify my rental record so that I could be approved to sign a new lease at a new place. I've heard so many horror stories from old neighbors about Klein Group. If you are not out of you place exactly on the day your lease is up, rather than calling you, they will put all of your belongings out on the sidewalk. I lived here for 2 years (for the first year they had the good sense to pay an outside Management Company) and not one single thing that was broken when I moved in was fixed when I moved out. I could not get the Klein Group to send my security deposit back until 4 months later, and then they only sent a fraction of what I was owed. Stay away from these crooks!
