Steal Security Deposits

Rented: From 2005 To 2006

Look at the older reviews and you'll see that Klein Group steals deposits. If you live here, make sure you have a copy of the lease and do everything to get your deposit back: 1) Before you move out send your forwarding address certified mail to them. 2) If they don't return it in 30 days send a letter threatening to take them to small claims court. 3) If they still don't return it (don't be surprised) under TX law you can get 3x the deposit back in small claims court. Worst comes to worst they'll have their lawyer call you (don't tell him too much) and make you a minor offer rather than go to court.
