Review for 1200 Enfield Apartments

These people are in the business of making money at your expense. I did everything to get my security deposit and refundable pet deposit back and got nothing. I gave them proper move out notice with a forwarding address... even sent it to them certified mail. Hired my own painters to paint my walls back to white, did an extensive move out cleaning, scheduled a walk through and they still stole my deposit. After numerous attempts and a year later still nothing. Finally got in touch with the owner/manager Charlie and he threatened that if I take him to court he is going to counter sue me for damages I did to the floor. What damages? They decide to upgrade the floors and stick me with the bill? Anyhow, so I took them to small claims court and he hired himself a fancy lawyer and won the case.... sat their on the stand and lied about everything, produced fake documents and a fake bill stating that I owe him over $2,000 for damages. These people are greedy and only care about making money off of you even if they have to steal it.

I lived there when you were living there and your place was painted bright pink and dark purple. You were rude and sort of creepy and you got in confrontations with more than one person at the complex. You're a trouble maker.
