Considering that I still live here I can give a very first-hand review. I am pretty happy with my efficiency to be honest, as far as the actual layout is concerned. If you don't want to be in your kitchen, bedroom, and living room at the same time why rent an efficiency? That's what they all are. I pay too much for it, but it's for the location. As for the temperature and not having control over it...THAT MAKES ME WANT TO BREAK MY LEASE AND MOVE! Even if you don't turn the heat on you will still have heat come through your vents and you will still be hot no matter what you do. Management will not help you either. I would not suggest moving here for that very reason. Oh, and there really is vomit on the walls in one of the staircases that has been there for months. They sprayed the ground to clean it, but neglected the WALLS. And also, it smells like vomit still.
