Don't rent here. The management lies to you and never writes anything down. They also are very rarely in the office, i.e. I once saw them take a 2 1/2 hour lunch break. The manager herself threw a huge party at 4 am in the morning on a Tuesday, and then gave me sass when I asked her to turn the music down. The neighborhood is nice, but my car did get broken into while it was parked on the apartment lot. Overall, you can easily find a better place.
