yea these apts are a rip for 525 studio... 1st i couldn't move in for 2 weeks since the paint fumes were so bad then it took 2 months to do my repairs and not even finishing everything on the list... no dishwasher. now we have to fight out the weather... the building either has heat or AC not both at the same time... so durring the winter months when it's still 80+ degrees outside you have no AC and then in the spring months when i cold front moves in and it's 50- you have no heat... it pretty much sucks all the time... NOisy too...
