I lived in the 2020 apartments for almost a year and had nothing but negative experiences. I have read through some of the other reviews and what they say is true. Puke in the stairwell for months, bums right outside my window, drugged out neighbors, and really tight and scarce parking. I did not feel safe there and I wouldn't recommend these apartments to my worst enemies.
The air-conditioning is automatic so for about three months in the fall you are freezing your ass off with no heat until the first freeze and in the spring you are hot as hell until the air-conditioning is turned on sometime in mid May or June.
The worst part of all is that I moved out eight months ago leaving the apartment behind looking just as it did when I moved in because luckily I had a boyfriend who let me stay with him, and have not received my deposit back. Eight months and no deposit, no letter of explanation and although several attempts have been made to contact them, I have not received any response. 2020 screwed me and they will screw you too.
So in conclusion, if you respect yourself at all, do NOT live here!
