Moved in 2007 and already cannot wait to move out when my lease expires. Beware of the bait and swap of apartments. Show you one with up grades and then when you move in no upgrades but too late you already signed a lease for an apartment no. that was not shown to you. Beware of overcharging on water bills. Finding reasons to fine you for not complying with apartment rule book (which is not stipulated in your lease agreement) they hand out only after you signed lease. When they paved the parking areas. Apartment Manager had automobiles towed out of the way in order to pay and then charged $50.00 for towing of your car if it was in the way of pavers. So, the tenants where just on their own to find parking during the paying. Owner have improved only the exterior of the apartment project at the inconvience of all the up grade workers, noise, inconvience. After all we are blessed by apartment managers, management company and owners to live here under anytype of conditions or treatment as long as we pay. The inside of the apartments are old, outdated, nosey (no insulation) in floor or walls. If you read this and do believe just move in. I am sure I will hear your complaints after you move in.
