Horrible Apartment!!!! New Management Awful!!

Rented: From 2006 To 2006

The new management is awful. We are about to move out and are overjoyed to leave this place. The old management was wonderful but everything changed when the ownership changed. They are increasing rent prices and the apartment is not worth what they are going to charge. The have been some improvements to the property but they were all a huge inconvience. They shut off huge amounts of parking whenever the feel like it. The water bill is by units so it doesnt matter how much water you use, you end up with a big bill. Its impossible to pick up packages because no one will help you. Lots of equipment is broken in the workout room. They need fixed any of it over the past year and a half. Do not live here. They are plenty of other apartments right next to this property. Just keep driving.
