Please read my write up regarding my move-in for a glimpse of the incompetency of Chez Moi staff:

My Chez Moi Story

They have security gates which are never shut and their handbook states:

"That the installation or use of the access gates shall not in any way prevent the owner, at any time, from permanently removing the access gates, and that there is absolutely no obligation upon owner to continue to maintain the access gates, the removal shall not be a breach of any expressed or implied warranty, convent, or obligation.

In my mind if you put in a security gate, you're making an unwritten promise.

They exhibit an extreme lack of caring regarding their tenants. They will not get back with you in a timely manner, or at all unless you chase them down.
