This place is awful. The "security" gate hasn't shut for 7 months, no kidding! Mgmt does not know how to communicate w/tenants, no people skills in one-on-one situations and are very defensive. When they send out letters to each apt, the grammar is horrible. I rate them incompetent at best! They don't even know what is going on at the apartment and the General Manager lives on site! This place is very pretty, but that's it. Forget about feeling like you are being taken care of b/c the staff doesn't know the meaning of customer service!
