Double Waste Water Charges -Water Bill Well Over 4

Ever since Josa took over handling water bills the cost has double and tripled. Don't move her. Water bills with doubled waste water charges example water bill 17.86 and waste water 28.00 +. Water bill has been as much as 60.00 for a 2-2 with two people not there during day. We do not waste water. two baths a day-2loads of cloths a week, dish washer runs no more than twice a week on short cycle. Electric & gas is not cheap either. When previous owners and before Josa water will was in the teens and low twenties. I am out and gald to be out. I just moved out recently. I do not like management. Impossible to deal with. Move there at your own risk. I am sure as soon as you can get out you will be like me.
