Because of the fact that I actually have to resolve several issues with aforementioned apartment "management". The office is a joke. Good luck trying to find someone to help you when you step into it. Many times, office is closed several times throughout the day for no apparent reason. If you are able to pick the lucky lottery time that they are open when they are supposed to be, most always there is no one up front because they are all in back or nowhere to be found and you'll find yourself sitting...waiting...for someone to assist you. Main (and pretty much only) 'manager' has child accompany each day, very unprofessional, and very discourteous. I have attempted numerous times to resolve a really trivial issue and it is still unresolved.
