If your a mexcian you will fit right in here..If you don't have a green card you will fit right in here. If you are brown this is your town... I lived there the entire one year least and it was the shits. I had to have maintenance done just about every week. That place is a run down mexcian getto if you ask me. One time I put up with hammer sounds over my head (I lived on the first floor..from 2pm till 9pm...I finally called the office and they said that they didn't have anyone doing maintenance up there..so I decided to go up there. When I arrived the local Mexican decided that he didn't like his carpet and was installing his own!!! The other review of mexicans drinking in the parking lot was true. They done that not only on the weekends but everyday. The front office trun over rate was amazing. (different person every month or so) and most of them were mean and nasty. I do not recommend this pile to anyone but a no green card holding MEXCIAN ..thank you...oh yea they even put out a flyer on all the doors saying that there was a sexual assault on a resident there and that everyone should be carefull!! Not a great place to live at all.
