The location of the apartment complex is one of the best in Austin. Proximity to night life, restaurants, shopping, Town Lake and public transportation are terrific. The fitness center is a joke since the equipment is nearly always broken. The experience depends completely on the apartment you get - try to get something away from the parking garage and one with city views. Otherwise you'll constantly hear people and cars throughout the night. With the right apartment this can be one of the best places to live in all of Austin. If you get a poorly located unit near the garage you may count the days until your lease ends so that you can leave. <P>
