Do not ever consider renting here Advertised as luxury but had taken a horrible nosedive.
Maintenance is great nice folks too bad the office is not .No reply no return calls no email
Move out scam.
Carpet is cheap cheap cheap It is replaced when everyone leaves therefore you pay for it.Everyone gets nailed. They also paint and charge. They also do not log in any extra deposit you pay so at move out its up to you to fight them If you do not pay the bill you have 30 days before collection.I think they need money or something possibly connected to Galleria mall bankruptsy?
They also prepare what THEY think is your water bill See the lousy water company is two months behind so they manually figure it for you which of course includes a percentage of there watering system. This is the only way one person could possibly pay 60.00 a month when they are hardly ever there. No use to try to dispute that..its a scam too. However I plan on waiting for proof of the real water bill.
No discount or deal to renew
Dont get stuck with one near the trash hall..or I suppose you could wear a gas mask.oh they hung nice freshners but lets face it..a dumpster at the end of an enclosed hall in Texas when it is 100 degrees..need I saw more???
Dangerous garage speeding tenants and all sorts of people driving in.They apparently added there won parking spots after inspection because now there is barely enough room for one car to circle around If your lucky you may avoid a head on collision.Inadequate handicap spots as well.
Dog poop all over, dogs in pool, they charge for relatives if staying more than 2 days. Can you believe???
The office staff..where to begin. You can put nice clothing on anyone ..that really doesnt cover up the poor quality does it? I think a few reviews pointed that out.The manager you never see I suppose she hides in the back office. I may too if I had that job.
It appeared to be such a nice safe place to live Used to have a guard (robbery in the lounge area x 2) but no more guard.
Charge for bug spray but that has stopped for months. You still pay tho.Bugs all over
Hallways are filthy If just including the black soot from the garage that apparently now blows thru the air vents (your furniture is covered in it)thats one thing but add in the party people who puke and urinate on the walls and in the elevator and you might as well be in a back alley downtown. Its there for days before someone gets up off the chair in the office and has it cleaned up.
I have no opinion on the other building but reviews show its just as bad.
One thing they have apparently forgotten.
There are tenant laws in Texas and also free legal help and mediation. There fee of paint and cleaning well by law they have to do that They cannot charge you for normal wear and tear. Replacing carpet for every person is just wrong.I intend to fight them on this and fully recoup a credit for my extra deposit they ripped me for.
I do not mind paying if I badly damaged the place but other then carpet cleaning due to the soot issue there was nothing wrong with the apartment and legally they have to clean and paint and clean carpet before anyone moves in.Yet the pass the charge onto people moving out.
I would pass on this mess unless you like getting ripped and living in a high end building that is nothing but a square with a nice coat of paint.
Bad Bad..its a shame used to be so nice.
Oh the garage pass key hardly ever works but it doesnt matter Everyone waits till someone leaves then drives in. Some pretty unsavory characters there these days I wouldnt recommend walking from garage to apt alone.Last pool party had a bunch of non English speaking Hispanic people hanging out in the open door of an apartment and all sitting on the floor outside the door drinking Nice..this is what you get for about a grand a month.Any takers?
