Apartment Review for Alexan Galleria

When you drive by this place, it looks awesome, you get into the lease office and the people there will be waiting ( with their masks) to tell you how nice and safe is to live @ Alexan. During the tour they will take you thorugh places where you cannot see all, so you'll be in love with all the nice things. Once you move, YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE STARTS. First, the staff ( Robin and the other Girls) they are so fake, that probably you will believe that there are 3 dollar bills, as when you call tell or went to the lease office to report something, they will say they will take actions and then nothing happens. 2) They're supposed to run a background check in everyone, however so can see some weird people, that don't care about their neighbors, making noise late at night, using 2 parking spots, etc 3) If you like to swim, don't use the pool here,as we have some neighbors that will take their pets to the pool or will throw all the patio furniture into the pool ( they like underwater parties), also you'll find fireworks and glass at the bottom of the pool courtesy of the non-pleasant neighbors.
Also if you move into building #1 ( near Dillard's) you will miss all the fun, as all the planned activities are at the building # 2 club house, as Robin and the others suffer from allergy to building #1 or the heat can melt them down. Also if you move into building #1 bring your authograph book, so you can the signatare of our Nascar driver, the lady with the black X3 or X5, that doesn't care about people in the parking garage, she is so worryt hat someone can take her spot that will drive really fast so don't stand on her way. Then the other amenity you'll find is the ever lasting POOP, as most of the pet owners don't pick after their dogs ( common practice through Austin ) so you'll find poop in the hallway, elevator, patio's, garage and even some days in front of your door. If you call the office to report it, they will tell you that they will find out who was it, howeve they will ask you to tell you the name of your neighboor ( so you have to become a PI). If you drive a nice car be sure to park properly and check your nasty neighbors, as they don't care, they will open the door and even when they heard that it damaged your car tey will push it harder.
Then you have your neighbors that will make noise as a XXX movie and don't care if you have kids, that day I thought they were in the balcony and my kid ask me what was that noise ( however they say only nice people lives there).
So think twice if you would like to move in as it is not what they offer.
